Perak Halal Industry is an initiative of the Perak State Government under the Perak Halal Corporation.
As a Strategic Partner to Perak Halal Corporation, we are responsible for ensuring that the Food Security project with the Perak Halal Industry achieves its objectives, which are:
- Leverage and improve existing resources
- Expand and strengthen the Halal industry in Perak and Malaysia
- Drive the Halal Industry locally and globally
- Making Malaysia a Global Halal Hub
With 1.9 billion Muslim population, the potential of the Halal food market is vast. The Halal context is not limited to food products. but it encompasses most products and industries around the world such as Medicine, Cosmetics, Health Supplements, Financial Services, Agriculture and Livestock as well as Tourism.
Therefore, we have taken various initiatives to complete the halal industry’s implementation and realise its goals, through:
i. Promotes the benefit and implements Syariah-compliant agricultural activities and products by using 100% organic materials
ii. Process and manufacture syariah compliant products (food, cosmetics, health..etc)
iii. Conduct Halal Executive Classes, Courses and Training Sessions
